Very friendly, our puppy loves it here and they love him. They do a good job.

New in town and our two boys were in a desperate need of a groom. Read the reviews for Pooch Pawfect as Fred gets very agitated with the whole experience and thought I’d give them a go.We certainly was not disappointed. Easy booking, lovely staff and a brilliant groom.Dogs happy, we’re happy so win win.Will be back again soon 👍

One of my Yorkies has recently had some sort of bad experience at the groomers I’ve been using for years and ended up half groomed and nervous. I was worried about booking him in for a groom with anyone at all but I spoke extensively to Gina on the phone and she was totally reassuring. He was booked in and the girls at Pooch Pawfect were amazing. They really spent time with him and gained his trust. Will definitely be taking both my Yorkies there from now on. Lisa even sent me a Christmas picture of Pudding after the groom as I was in London and my husband picked him up. Great service - thanks girls

I’ve been bringing my dog, Ralph, here for almost a year and would never go anywhere else! The team are so lovely and you can tell how much they love dogs. They are all so welcoming and really talented - Ralph has never looked better!

I bring my puppy Millie here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, everyone is so lovely and kind and Millie always comes out looking absolutely gorgeous. Amazing groomers amazing people. Can’t thank them enough

Was running late due to car trouble, but the staff were amazing and shifted things around. Happy dog with a lovely hair cut. Lovely friendly staff. Will definitely go back 🙂

Slotted me in last minute, Lisa & crew are friendly and loved our doggos...we have a German shep who sheds like a demon no problem for them came home with a dog half the size and less shed..smelled beautiful and they even put up with the fussy owner asking for him to be cut shorter half way through..will defo use them again.. great to see a new business being so welcoming and friendly..thanks all at pooch pawfect xxx
